All vintage pieces are final sale. Each item has a past — minor imperfections may be present.
For newly made items, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
After 7 days, all sales are final. JUSSU is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
Shipping
We ship with care, but once a package leaves our studio, it’s in the carrier’s hands. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or customs holds.
Packaging Note
Packaging may carry marks from a past life. We sometimes reuse bubble wrap and materials that arrive at our studio — it's our way to keep each object safe without creating more waste.
Damages
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and photos.
Please note: JUSSU is not liable for damages that occur during transit — safe handling becomes the carrier’s responsibility upon shipment.
